This retreat is designed as a gentle arc of arrival, embodiment, expression, and integration. Each day blends guided workshops, ritual, movement, and spacious free time—so nothing feels rushed or forced.

Day 1 — Arrival & Soft Landing

We begin by slowing the nervous system and settling into the space together.
The day includes a warm welcome, grounding practices, and an opening ceremony to set intentions and establish a sense of safety and sisterhood.

Day 2 — Embodiment & Inner Safety

This day centers on reconnecting with the body and cultivating inner steadiness.
Guided embodiment sessions and workshops invite you to soften, deepen self-trust, and feel more at home within yourself. Free time allows for rest, reflection, and beach time.

Day 3 — Voice, Confidence & Expression

We shift into self-expression and personal power.
Through breathwork, creative exploration, and relational exercises, you’ll explore what it means to be seen and heard—without force or performance.

Day 4 — Creativity, Play & Expansion

A lighter, more spacious day devoted to pleasure, creativity, and joy.
There is ample free time to explore, rest, or join an optional group excursion. Evening rituals bring the group back together for connection and celebration.

Day 5 — Sisterhood & Collective Activation

This day honors collective feminine energy and shared intention.
Ceremony, reflection, and celebration come together in a powerful closing experience that anchors the transformation and strengthens connection.

Day 6 — Integration & Departure

We close slowly and intentionally.
A final morning practice and closing circle support integration before departure or optional extended stay.

A $222 deposit is required to secure your spot. This is a small, curated retreat and will be confirmed once a minimum number of deposits are received. In the unlikely event the retreat does not proceed, all deposits will be fully refunded.
